New Year 2025

This is getting repetitive.

I didn't have a lot of rear tire left toward the end of the year. The spare wheel/tire combo was dug out of storage yesterday. My wife and I had a leisurely ride to dinner, so I did get in a January 1 ride for 2025. It's been a couple of years since I've done one of those.

...and then, a problem popped up.

Damn!

I'm in the process of arranging something while this part goes off to be repaired. Meanwhile, there's a buddy of mine that'll help me get a couple of other things sorted out. Just waiting for a message that he's got things needed to do these tasks.

The typical mid-February ride isn't happening for me this again this year; there will be something different that I'm not yet at liberty to discuss.

My video situation last year was a little better. Simply not doing a lot of riding in the latter half of the year made me go and recycle a couple of oldies, with a bit of narration to the story. Maybe a few others have seen this; may need to do a few more like that - but, not right away. Bike is broke and needs a fix.
